S2JCA is a product for using resource adapter based on JCA (J2EE Connector Architecture) specification from Seasar2.
JCA is a part of JavaEE specification, and it treats heterogeneous EIS connection, such as RDBMS, MOM (Message-Oritented Middleware), Mainframe like CICS, TP monitor like TUXEDO, ERP like SAP, and so on.
S2JCA enables to use connection pooling and JTA transaction management for these EIS connections. For the purpose of S2JCA is mainly to providing infrastructure for S2JMS.
